Our Story
ScaleLogic was founded on a simple premise: businesses deserve technology partners who have actually built and operated the kinds of systems they're advising on. Not consultants who hand over strategy decks and disappear — engineers and architects who have kept production systems running for hundreds of concurrent clients, for decades.
Our roots go back to 1996, building and operating technology platforms for businesses across e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, and regulated industries. Over 30 years, we've maintained infrastructure for 250+ concurrent clients, operated 24/7 production environments, processed payments through 7+ gateways while maintaining continuous PCI-DSS compliance, and shipped everything from multi-tenant e-commerce platforms to AI-powered research agents.

Rick Mazurowski
Founder & Technical Architect
Technical architect and engineering leader with 30 years of experience designing, building, and operating production systems across the full technology stack. Rick is the kind of consultant who still writes code — he's architected AI-integrated SaaS platforms, biometric identity verification systems, fintech products with multi-model AI orchestration, and multi-tenant e-commerce platforms serving hundreds of concurrent clients.
His background spans infrastructure and cloud architecture, AI/ML engineering (including production deployment of 15+ ML models and LLM fine-tuning), payment processing and PCI compliance, and building and managing teams of up to 17 across development and infrastructure. He's maintained 20+ year client relationships through a focus on results over sales pitches.
