• Client deliverables become the client's property upon full payment.
• ScaleLogic retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during projects.

We take client confidentiality seriously. Project details, business information, and technical specifications shared with us are kept confidential unless explicitly authorized otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

ScaleLogic provides services "as is" and to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Project Agreements

All consulting and development projects are governed by individual project agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other conditions. These project agreements take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

Payment Terms
