Agreement to Terms

Services
ScaleLogic provides technology consulting, AI integration, custom software development, and related services. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from ScaleLogic, we may send messages related to your inquiries, scheduled appointments, and requested services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one final confirmation message. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a project agreement:
- All content on this website (text, images, code) is the property of ScaleLogic.
- Client deliverables become the client's property upon full payment.
- ScaleLogic retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during projects.
Confidentiality
We take client confidentiality seriously. Project details, business information, and technical specifications shared with us are kept confidential unless explicitly authorized otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
ScaleLogic provides services "as is" and to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Project Agreements
All consulting and development projects are governed by individual project agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and other conditions. These project agreements take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms include a deposit before work begins and milestone-based payments thereafter.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement as specified in the individual project terms. Early termination terms and any applicable fees are outlined in each project agreement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
