AI Concierge
Every business has a list of things still done by hand.
Twice a month, a senior engineer joins you on a screen share and another one comes off the list — built with you, in the tools you already use.
$1,500/month for two 45-minute sessions. Month to month, cancel any time.

Things people bring us
- The report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday
- Invoices and receipts typed into the accounting system
- Quotes and proposals copied from the last one and edited
- The same five customer questions, answered over and over
- Notes from a call that still need writing up afterwards
- Copying the same information between two systems
These are examples, not a menu. Whatever your workflow is, tell us on the call — if it is something we can help with, we will work on it, and keep working on it.
How it works
- 1
A free 20-minute call
Tell us what your team still does by hand. We work out whether these sessions are the right fit — and if something else suits you better, we will say so.
- 2
Two sessions a month
Forty-five minutes each, at a standing time. You share your screen and do the building — we are with you the whole way, so you finish knowing how it works.
- 3
You keep what we build
It lives in your tools, on your machine, and it keeps working whether or not we are involved. You understand what it does and why.
What a session actually looks like
We agree what to work on. You are at your computer, sharing your screen. We tell you what to type, you type it. We send you anything you need. We show you how it works and why, so nothing you are running is a black box. When the time is up, we pick it up next session.
Prefer we just do it? We will scope what you need and build it — no sessions required. That is a project rather than a retainer, and we quote it after a conversation.
What is included
- Two 45-minute sessions a month, biweekly, at a standing time
- Questions answered the same or next business day between sessions
- A written recap after every session: what we built, how to use it, what is next
- Month to month. Cancel any time.
Pricing
$1,500/month
Two 45-minute sessions a month, month to month, cancel any time. No setup fee and no minimum term.
Two sessions a month is the standard shape. If you want more — weekly, or more than one person in your business — just ask and we will price it.
This is for you if
- Too much of your business still happens by hand
- You have tried ChatGPT, Claude or other tools and got part of the way there
- Nobody inside the company owns this, and nobody has time to
- You would rather understand what you are running than hand it over completely
It is not for you if
- You want general AI training rather than hands-on work on your own systems — a course or workshop is a better fit. Get in touch and we will talk through the options.
- You want a written assessment rather than hands-on building — that is the AI & Technology Assessment
- You want it built for you with no involvement — that is a project, and we quote those separately
Who you are working with
- 30 years
- building and operating production systems
- 250+ clients
- supported across 24/7 production operations
- 20+ years
- of continuous PCI-DSS compliance in production
The work is delivered by a senior engineer, not handed to a subcontractor. If you want to see what that looks like in practice, the most recent public example is a full backend rewrite of a live system: 5,600 lines of ColdFusion replaced with Python, zero downtime, 145 automated tests where there had been none, and four latent bugs found and corrected along the way.

Questions people ask first
We already use ChatGPT or Claude. Why would we need this?
The chat window is the easy part. Getting a useful answer out of it is not the same as getting it to touch your actual files, your actual systems, and still be working next Tuesday when nobody is watching it. That is where most attempts quietly stop.
Why can’t my team just figure it out?
They can, at the speed of trial and error. You are paying for the shortcut, and for knowing what not to build.
Can’t I learn this from YouTube?
For generic techniques, yes — and if you have the time to work through it, that is a reasonable option. What a video cannot do is look at your tools, your data and the way your business actually runs, then tell you which of the approaches it just showed you is the right one for you. It is also not there at the point where it stops behaving the way the video said it would, which is usually where the afternoon goes. That gap — between watching something work for someone else and having it work in your business — is what you are paying to skip.
Is this training?
Partly, and that is deliberate — you will learn to build these yourself. What you are also getting is someone who knows which things are worth building, which ones will quietly break, and how the pieces connect, and who can build the parts you should not have to.
Why done-with-you instead of done-for-you?
Because what lives on your machine should be yours to operate. Anything that should not be becomes a scoped project instead.
What if we run out of things to automate?
You will not — but if it happens, we stop, or we move on to the project that surfaced along the way. It is month to month.
