Email Infrastructure & Deliverability

Mail server architecture, DKIM/SPF/DMARC compliance, deliverability optimization, and sender reputation management.

Email deliverability is a business-critical problem that most companies don't realize they have until their messages start landing in spam. We've built and operated email infrastructure for years — mail server architecture, DNS authentication, sender reputation management, and deliverability optimization. If your emails aren't reaching inboxes, we can fix that.

What We Deliver

Mail Server Architecture

Design and deploy email infrastructure using Postfix, OpenDKIM, ZoneMTA, or other MTAs. We build systems with proper queue management, rate limiting, and monitoring for high-volume sending.

DNS Authentication (DKIM/SPF/DMARC)

Implement proper email authentication to protect your domain from spoofing and improve deliverability. We set up automated DNS compliance pipelines that monitor and maintain your authentication records.

Deliverability Optimization

Diagnose and fix deliverability issues — IP reputation, content filtering triggers, sending patterns, and authentication failures. We monitor deliverability across major providers.

Domain & IP Reputation Management

Manage sender reputation with domain-tiered throttling, IP warmup strategies, and multi-provider verification. We prevent deliverability problems before they start.

Our Process

1

Deliverability Audit

Analyze your current email infrastructure, DNS records, sending patterns, and reputation scores.

2

Infrastructure Design

Design the right email architecture for your sending volume and requirements.

3

Implementation

Deploy mail servers, configure DNS authentication, and set up monitoring.

4

Ongoing Monitoring

Monitor deliverability metrics, reputation scores, and authentication compliance over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need our own mail servers?
Not necessarily. For many businesses, a well-configured third-party service (SendGrid, SES, etc.) is the right choice. But if you have high volume, need full control, or have compliance requirements that prevent using shared infrastructure, owned servers can be the better option. We help you decide.
Why are our emails going to spam?
Common causes: missing or misconfigured DKIM/SPF/DMARC records, poor IP reputation, content triggers, sending pattern issues, or domain reputation problems. We diagnose the specific cause and fix it systematically.
Can you help with transactional and marketing email?
Yes. Transactional email (receipts, notifications) and marketing email have different deliverability considerations. We help you set up proper infrastructure for both, often with separate sending domains and IP addresses to protect your transactional reputation.
